LPU School of Hotel Management creates Longest Salad Bar

Students of LPU School of Hotel Management and Tourism created the longest salad bar measuring 311.2 metres, made up of 7 different types of vegetables and weighing 1259 Kg. The feat was on display at Baldev Raj Mittal Unipolis.

LPU School of Hotel Management Organized a Mocktail Competition

LPU School of Hotel Management organized a Mocktail Competition to let the students create some new thirst quenchers. Students created artful concoctions, and presented with great verve and flair.

Celebrity Chef Sumit Chowdhury at LPU

MISO (one of the popular seasoning from Japan) was organized by celebrity Chef de Cuisine Sumit Chowdhury of the Azure Hospitality Chain. The workshop primarily revolved around Japanese dishes based out of vegetables, rice, sauces etc.
